Thanks for the write-up. I’d heard of the kishōtenketsu structure before, but had lost track of the details. DIscussions of the form have come up in the context of some anime movies, too (though I can’t think of any examples at the moment).
This production will almost certainly turn in to a Blu-ray. Past kabuki productions of anime stories (e.g., Nausicäa) have been released that way. |

The time period worked out pretty well for Goemon. He wouldn't even need to change his clothes.
