Persona 3 the Movie #4 Winter of Rebirth

Mitsuru's maid Kikuno Saikawa was first introduced in the drama CD "New Moon" in January 2009, and was voiced by Masumi Asano. Winter of Rebirth marks the first animated appearance of the character, and she is voiced once again by Asano.

The character Akinari Kamiki from the original game can be seen writing a novel at the shrine in the background during the scene with Ken and Koromaru playing together.

Mr. Ekoda, Mr. Ono, and Ms. Miyahara from the original game can be seen watching Mitsuru's speech during the assembly.

For much of the film's recording, the cast recorded separately, something unusual for anime recording. Often, the cast was paired off into duos for their recording, with Miyuki Sawashiro (Elizabeth) and Akira Ishida (Makoto, Ryoji) being together for one session, and Kousuke Toriumi (Junpei) and Rie Tanaka (Mitsuru) being paired off for another.
