[SD Gundam]

Trivia:

There are three types of SD Gundam anime: SD Gundam, SD Sengokuden, and SD Gaiden. SD Gundam (also sometimes seen as SD Commando) feature super-deformed versions of the mecha from Mobile Suit Gundam and its sequels, generally without altering the futuristic designs. SD Sengokuden features super-deformed versions of the mecha from Mobile Suit Gundam, but redesigned with medieval Japan aesthetics. The setting is also that of medieval Japan. SD Gaiden is similar to SD Sengokuden in that it does not use the original MS designs, but it changes them to fit into a European-style fantasy setting. SD Gundam Force, the newest SD anime, combines the three settings into one. The Neotopia characters resemble those from the regular SD Gundam setting, the characters from Ark resemble those from SD Sengokuden, and the characters from Lacroa resemble those from SD Gaiden.
