Trivia:

In the anime version, Nobue is a 20-year-old college student, as opposed to a 16-year-old high school student in the original setting of manga. This is due to self-censorship to avoid an underaged character smoking on TV.

The CD player at about 1 min. 5 sec. in the opening sequence displays 'Ichigo Mashimaro' and the correct amount of time that the song has been playing.

The background music when girls are visiting Nobue in the restaurant for the last time (around 18:45) is Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata.

During the opening credits, when it shows Chika lying down with her nose planted in a book, the book looks like the first volume to the Strawberry Marshmallow manga.

In episode 5, Matsuri sings a song named "Dekkai Mono no Uta (でっかいものの歌)," which was written by Miharu Hirami and composed by Ayako Kawasumi (voice actress of Matsuri), who has received extensive music training.

The end of each episode has the credits for most minor roles in that episode, but apparently a few are missing. The following minor roles fail to show up in the credits after each of the episodes: Class 6-2's (Chika and Miu's) teacher, in episodes 2, 8, and 12; Nobue and Chika's mother, in episode 9; the "lovey-dovey couple" (unnamed girl and "Toshiko-chan"), in episode 12. Can you guess who are the unnamed actors for these roles?
