Fans Can Make Videos to Be Part of Hatsune Miku Concert

As listed on Toyota USA's Facebook account, fans can become part of Hatsune Miku's virtual audience for her July 2 concert at Anime Expo. In the provided link, a fan can use his or her webcam to create a 10-second video for a chance to join Hatsune Miku's virtual audience. Selected videos will be shown during the virtual idol singer's concert in Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

The July 2 concert is based on a concert event held in Japan on March 9, 2010. The new concert will have several improvements from the original event such as new stage costumes and musical numbers.

This fan-participation opportunity is part of collaboration between Hatsune Miku creator Crypton Future Media and the American branch of Toyota. Toyota USA has posted Corolla commercials incorporating the virtual idol.
