Titans to Attack Stage During Linked Horizon's TV Performance

New Year's program marks Linked Horizon's first appearance on television

Oricon Style reportedon Thursday that Linked Horizon, the musical unit that performed both opening themes for the anime adaptation of Hajime Isayama's Attack on Titan, will have titans appear during their performance at the Kōhaku Uta Gassen (Red and White Song Battle), the New Year's Eve singing contest that is Japan's most viewed music television program. Linked Horizon will perform the song, “Guren no Yumiya (Kōhaku Special Ver.),” and titans will appear at the NHK Hall.

This year's lineup includes the fifth consecutive performance of Nana Mizuki, the fourth appearance of T.M. Revolution, the second appearance of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and the debut appearances of Linked Horizon, E-girls, NMB48, miwa, Chris Hart, Sakanaction, Sexy Zone, and Kōhei Fukuda. Haruka Ayase and Arashi are the hosts for the Red and White Teams, respectively. Linked Horizon's appearance also marks its first-ever appearance on television

The NHK-General channel will run the program from 7:15 to 11:45 p.m. on New Year's Eve.
