German YouTuber Nino Kerl Makes Cameo in Mashima's Edens Zero Manga

German YouTuber, Ninotaku TV channel host, and voice actor Nino Kerl made a cameo in the latest chapter of Hiro Mashima's Edens Zero manga. Kerl shared screenshots of the pages on his Twitter account on Wednesday.

Kerl previously interviewed Mashima at the Leipzig Book Fair in Leipzig, Saxony, Germany. During the interview, Mashima asked Kerl if he could use his likeness in the manga and suggested he'd draw him as a villain.
Mashima's Edens Zero manga launched in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in June 2018 and has a simultaneous releasein English, French, Chinese, Korean, and Thai. Kodansha Comics licensed the series last year and released the third volume on June 4. The chapters are published simultaneously on Crunchyroll.
