Re:ZERO Betelgeuse's Unseen Hands Make Fine Back Scratchers

Betelgeuse Romanee-Conti (sometimes also romanized as Petelgeuse), is one of the main antagonists depicted in the Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- anime series. He's got unseen hands that he can manipulate at will, making him a rather creepy figure.
It turns out that his hands can be used for other things besides killing people. Anime merchandise vendor Movic announced that as of Friday it has started selling Betelgeuse's hands as back scratchers at cinemas in Japan playing the Re:ZERO Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Hyōketsu no Kizuna OVA.
The timing of when the hands will be on sale depends on the cinema. The item will be available for online order from Movic and at Animate stores starting from November 22.
Betelgeuse has inspired cute merchandise before, so the sky's the limit when it comes to Re:ZERO merch.
The television anime adaptation of Tappei Nagatsuki's Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- novels premiered in April 2016. The first OVA episode in the franchise, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Memory Snow, opened in Japanese theaters in October 2018. The Re:ZERO Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Hyōketsu no Kizuna OVA will opened in theaters in Japan on November 8. The television anime is getting a second season.
