Cram school course makes anime about boy trying to get into high school of his choice

Shinken Zemi Kōkō Kōza, Benesse's correspondence course that helps middle school students get into their high schools of choice, revealed that it is getting its first "full-fledged" anime. The story will follow a middle school boy named Shōta as he strives to get in the right high school, despite the appearance of a rival.

Miyu Irino will play Shōta, while Aya Hirano will play his childhood friend Hina. Kishô Taniyama takes on the role of Shōta's rival Takumi. Manga creator Kōtarō Takada (Hallelujah Overdrive!) is designing the characters.

The anime will be available exclusively on a DVD from Shinken Zemi Kōkō Kōza.
