Pokémon Sun & Moon Games' Trailer Confirms Starters' Final Evolutions

The Pokémon Company International YouTube channel began streaming a trailer on Thursday officially confirming the starters' final evolutions, Alola's Guardians, and new Pokémon for its upcoming Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon games.
The Japanese trailer reveals the same information, and includes more footage of the newly revealed Pokémon and gameplay.
The video introduces the following starter evolutions:
- Decidueye, a Grass- and Ghost-type that evolves from Dartrix
- Incineroar, a Fire- and Dark-type that evolves from Torracat
- Primarina, a Water- and Fairy-type that evolves from Brionne
The trailer also confirms more Guardians of the Alola Region:
- Tapu Lele, a Psychic- and Fairy-type and Akala Island's Guardian
- Tapu Bulu, a Grass- and Fairy-type and Ula'ula Island's Guardian
- Tapu Fini, a Water- and Fairy-type and Poni Island's Guardian
The Tapu share a unique Z-Move, called "Guardian of Alola." The Pokémon Company previously revealed Melemele Island's Guardian, Tapu Koko, an Electric- and Fairy-type.
The video also introduces the new Psychic-type Pokémon, Cosmog, and the Dark-type Alola form of Persian.
The video reveals that players will witness the beginning of the Alolan Pokémon League. Alolan Champions can take on the Battle Tree, in which they battle and team up with returning trainers from previous games, such as Cynthia and Wally. Finally, the video teases battles with Red and Blue, primary characters from Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue.
The games will debut in Japan and North America on November 18, followed by Europe on November 23. The three Starter Pokémon (pictured below) are: the Grass-type Rowlet (Mokuroh in Japan), the Fire-type Litten (Nyabby), and the Water-type Popplio (Ashimari).
The games' new Legendary Pokémon include Solgaleo and Lunala (pictured below):
The games will be available on the Nintendo 3DS worldwide in Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean, and — unlike in the previous generation — Chinese (Traditional and Simplified). Players can choose their preferred language when they launch each game. The two versions will be set 12 hours apart.
