Crunchyroll Adds Eat-Man '98, Cosmo Warrior Zero Anime

Crunchyroll announced on Wednesday that it has added four anime to its catalog, including:

All four anime are available in the United States and Canada, and all but Eat-Man '98 feature both an English dub and English subtitles.

The Eat-Man '98 anime based on Yuzo Takada's Eat-Man manga debuted in 1998. Discotek released anime on DVD in February 2017. Bandai Entertainment previously released the anime on DVD in 2005.

Cosmo Warrior Zero debuted in 2001. Discotek released the anime on DVD in January 2017. Media Blasters released the series on DVD in 2002 and 2003.

Elemental Gelade is based on Mayumi Azuma's manga of the same name. The anime premiered in 2005. Discotek released the anime on Blu-ray Disc last December. Geneon Entertainment initially released the series in North America from 2006-2007. FUNimation Entertainment rereleased the series in 2008.

The 1993 8 Man After OVA is a sequel to the 1963-1964 8 Man television series, and both are based on the manga by Kazumasa Hirai and Jiro Kuwata. Discotek released the OVA in 2016. Streamline Entertainment licensed the OVA and Image Entertainment released the OVA on DVD in 2001 with an English dub track only. Discotek's release is the first time the OVA has been made available in Japanese with English subtitles.
