I don't know that this will be moe. Reading a description of it on another site, it appears that this NEET, or more properly hikikormori, girl Alice is probably not that moe and there is some sort of plot involving drugs. This sounds a bit more edgy than moe.
I will check it out when it airs!

Plus I love detective shows and Kishida Mel's art so I'll need to check this out too.
