Well, the title explains it all. I just wanted to know which anime has better storyline, character, fighting, etc.

While I've yet to see the Naruto anime, the manga tends to be quite interesting.
I was rather surprised to find myself enjoying One Piece on the FoxBox/4kidstv.
As to which is better? That's up to you.

That's an easy one.
Watch/Read both series and decide for yourself.

Naruto.
One Piece is also good, but it tends to drag in places (especially between the manga arcs where they have some REALLY painful filler episodes). One Piece is a bit more like Dragon Ball, in that every three episodes could easilly be distilled into 1 really great episode, but are instead stretched painfully thin (kinda like a soap opera), so that, for example, during the Arabasta arc, one supposedly fifteen minute countdown is stretched to about 4-6 episodes.
Naruto, while it does have some filler episodes and some stretching, tends to be much better about this.
Still, if you don't want to commit to a series, just read the mangas (both of which are available to well past the anime). Both series are pretty true to the manga, so whichever manga you prefer, you'd probably also prefer the show.

What is with these questions.... Wasnt there one post to watch only parts of Bebop and Trigun? Is it really hard to watch them both, they are both great shows.

It's a fair question though. Naruto's already up into the 120 episodes, and One Piece is past 200 at this point. That's a significant time investment which some people can't make for both series.

One Piece, Naruto is getting a bit dragged out now the creator seems to be running out of ideas, Oda is still going fresh.

I thought Naruto was like DBZ with ninjas, and as someone said, one piece seems too slow(the 2-3 episodes that could have been 1). I haven't put too much effort into either.

I'm pretty sure they will both be on Cartoon Network so just watch both or something. Is anyone else annoyed with the "Which one of these two shows is better" threads?
