I'm very curious what wines they are pouring.

I wish I could be there, but I'm on the opposite coast.

If I were in NY I would attend, myself. Sounds like fun.

Drops of God is my current reading project and I've been impressed with it. It imparts a lot of wine knowledge, without being up your nose about it. The fact that it names names, of individual wines, and people in the wine world, is interesting. If you like wine it's going to be a good series to follow, I think.
