Yeah, I would have gotten either of the previous two without even looking them up.
As for the current one: I am absolutely certain that I've seen this scene, but I just can't quite pin it down yet. I will be quite irritated if someone else beats me to the punch. EDIT (added 38 minutes later): Ugh, it would appear someone did beat me to the punch while I was typing the original post. And I had since narrowed it down to the right series, too. . .

Okay. My quote: Character A: (On the phone) Hi there, Character B! I hear you went on a wild goose chase, and you got stuck playing games with Character C. Character B: Who told you about that? Character A: (Character C is strapped to a bomb in his apartment) He told me himself. Let's just say he's a bit too loud to organize any kind of conspiracy. He was blabbing away to just about everyone in town. Even the dead would have known what was happening. Anyways... we'll make sure nothing like this happens again. It was a real pain for you, wasn't it? Character B: No, I wouldn't say that. It wasn't even enough to give me a headache. Character A: Thanks Character B. Pretty sure spoiler[Character A is Balalaika and Character B is Dutch from Black Lagoon. Character C is a thug named Chin who tried to get the Lagoon Company killed. It's from episode 3 of season 1.]
