ADV didn't cancle Yotsuba. What are you talking about? Yotsuba's volume 4 was just release in Japan, so ADV probably haven't got the material yet.

i was aware of ADV's crappy release schedule and unreliability but i had still yet to hear of any cancellations. this is of course due to the fact that there never seems to be any news from ADV about their manga releases.

If you search publisher weekly's site you should find an article that state ADV is scaling back a lot of their titles. Companies will rarely say they cancel a title (it makes them look bad), but they will say the title is put on hiatus or not say anything at all. The chance of ADV bringing back these title from hiatus are really slim. ADV has license some new manga and is trying to rebuild their manga label.
