I just saw this on the Right Stuf catalog.
So for anyone interested, Trinity Blood has a release date of September 5 for the DVD plus box.
*sigh* My checkbook hates me...

I just got that catalog yesterday as well. The box looks pretty neat, and I know nothing of this series, but I like a majority of Gonzo stuff, so I'll take a chance on it (any opinions would be good now).
I'm also looking forward to Speed Grapher. I saw about half the series before it was licensed and really look forward to collecting it .
Basilisk sounds interesting (since anything with ninjas is always cool to me), so I'll check that out as well.
Ugh, but July will be an expensive month for me. Naruto box, X (TV) remix box, and of course Speed Grapher Vol. 1 all come out. I'll probably end up spending $150-$200 .
And darn it, I'm ticked off about X (TV). I spent $180 on eBay to buy the box set with the LE slip covers, and now they do this . Curse you Geneon! They better license Monster or make a Hajime no Ippo box set to make up for this .

I saw the cover of TB and it has to be one of the best covers I've ever seen. I'm looking forward to picking Trinity Blood and Speed Grapher up.

Looks like a lot of interesting new series are coming to N. America. I've only seen the first episode of Speed Grapher, which was a little crazy, but I want to see the rest. I want to see Basilisk, too.

The series can get quite crazy. I remember reading some comment on some forum saying this was an adult shounen series with a lot of fetishes . It's a freaky series through what I saw, but that's what kept me so interested.

I'm interested in seeing Trinity Blood. Haven't seen an episode yet but I have read about it in Newtype and they've made it seem pretty interesting.
Maybe one of my next Fullmetal Alchemist DVDs will have a trailer for it. Hopefully. Funi seems to like to push their next big title with a trailer and locking it down so that you can't skip it or fast forward until it's over.

If you're short on cash, then I don't recommend Trinity Blood. The series ended in the most horrible way because the original creator died and the "real" ending was never finished.
As for Speed Grapher, I was pretty disappointed... It had a lot of potential but ended up being a decent anime. The plot could've been a LOT more in depth, as much as GitS or Noir... Damn, I can't remember what the ending was like.

I too have heard bad stuff of Trinity Blood. I don't know if I'll be checking this out until a box set comes out or a network decides to air it.
I don't know much about Speed Grapher besides of whats on the encyclopedia, but I am looking forward to Basilisk.
As for the X Remix, you guys must be realy hardcore fans of the series to pick it up again. First ADV pulls this crap with Evangelion, Bandai with Cowboy Bebop, and now Geneon (Pioneer) with X. Who's next to release their "Remix" and "Platinum" editions?

Well, I'm not so angry about Eva and Bebop because I actually never decided to buy those two series before Platinum and Remix came out. However, I love X (TV) and herald it as one of my tops series ever (though the list is still pending). It's probably top 10, but yeah, I just hope there won't be any other remixes of series and movies I've already collected.

I wasn't mad about the Cowboy Bebop ones either because I didn't have the original DVD releases. I'm glad I didn't buy Best Sessions either. I did already have the Evangelion "Perfect Collection", but lucky for me one of my friends bought the thinpack and I just burned myself copies of it. As for X, I bought the Bailey Boxes and I actually got a chance to watch it recently [I hadn't seen it yet] and I suppose it's good enough to re-purchase... but only if you have a 5.1 compatible system. I saw the cover art for the first 2 volumes, and IMO they're nothing special.
But anyway, where can I see a picture for the cover of the first volume of Trinity Blood? Right Stuf only has the release date, but no pic.
