Unfortunately he doesn't appear in the first season of Railgun; though, he is likely to be in the second season airing in April. But, he is definitely, at least for me, the most interesting character in Index. Regardless, he's got a nice crutch. |

He was shot in the head near the end of season saving the mini misaka from some thugs. Despite his power of deflection or vectors he needs full concentration for it to work and was caught off guard to save her. The collar was put on after his surgery as limiter to his powers "around a 5-10 minute use" when he pushes a button to the side and is he carries around the crutch due to frontal lobe damage. |
