Does anyone have any clue when the box set will come out? There has to be one in the works, right? I mean its so popular, and the box set would definately get a Anime Legends treatment. I almost bought the first volume at Best Buy the other day, but then i thought, what if i get home and they announce the set on ANN? Also why arent they releasing the set, i think the shows been on for like 6-7 years. And one last question, what do you think it would cost? Not that it matters that much (I would buy it for 100, easily), im just curious. Thanks a lot!

The last time a Cowboy Bebop was released, it was a limited edition that sold out quickly. My guess is that you'll have to wait a loooong time for them, and even then they might come out with another limited edition box. When the show seems to be fading into the backs of people's minds, then you'll probably find a "normal edition".

Really? Oh man that would suck. Looooooong time like.......3 - 5 years? Because i can definately wait that long. If its past that thats crazy. Even another LE box set would be absolutely fine, even at $120, i would jump on that really quick.

It is entirely possible that Bandai will release an Anime Legends Complete Collection (the Remix edition) for around $50 or so, and I bet sometime in the next year or two.

I take all that back. It seems as though it is a "3 disk set" that contains all 26 episodes + the movie. Right... because that doesn't scream "bootleg!" *EDIT Again* Though it seems like on Amazon, if you go to the new and used section on this link, and click the tab for "collectables," they have the original numbered 7-disk box set for $500. |
