The concept is interesting, hopefully I'll be able to see this.

From what I've seen of the prolonged they posted online, I REALLY want to see this one. If no one else licenses this one, I hope GKids does a release for it like they did with Poppy Hill.

Hope this plays somewhere close to me too.

I hope it gets a reasonably wide release and not just really big cities, but I doubt it... Sad

I coulda sworn I had read that it had been licensed by somebody for home video, but I guess that was just wishful thinking... Oh well, it will come out on DVD/bluray eventually! And I will buy it...

The best it'll do is select theaters, or a wide release at maybe 700 theaters at most. I can't see it doing much beyond that, because that's the number Disney pushes their Ghibli films for.

It's probably a safe bet that GKids will screen this during the upcoming NYICFF in 2014. Great news. Really hope they run it at the Munroe Film Center again; loved that little theater.

While I wouldn't mind seeing it in theatres, I'll also hope that the Japanese Blu-ray release will have English subtitles with it, as past titles have managed to include. I look forward to importing this one.

I'm very excited for this to be released either by import, kickstarter or general release. I would Ali happily support another Kickstarter project.

Side note regarding ToE, I received my Chie sketch from the Kickstarter, it's amazing!
