Not to my knowledge. From what I've seen, opening and ending songs are usually specifically made for the anime that they're used in.

There's been a few cases where I've seen a show or movie use a song that existed before the anime that it was used in. Just as an example, the movie for X used the song Forever Love by X Japan as its theme song even though the song was released on one of the band's albums several months before.

Can't think of a song that was used in one anime but re-used in another.

Ah, like how Fly Me to the Moon existed before Neon Genesis Evangelion (although that was used for the ED).

The OP for 'Say I love you' has been used before somewhere in Love Hina, but apparently someone else sung it earlier.

In the simplest way I can recall songs from some anime being sung in another, Wake Up Girls characters sung a couple Nyaruko songs.

Sora no Otoshimono (Heaven's Lost Property) had its first season opening song sung in its second season, Sora no Otoshimono Forte (Heaven's Lost Property Forte), with different voice work in a parody way.

And in not quite technical examples, I can recall some anime giving their endings or openings be from fictional shows within that anime.

The ending songs for Sora no Otoshimono were all pre-existing songs (though rerecorded by the cast).

I am not certain but I do not think that "Friendship"** was used in Love Hina.
I have it on a CD called "Hinata Girls Song Best 2" where it is listed as a bonus track. It looks to me like it was sung by the entire female cast of the show. Most of the songs on that CD seem to be character songs, or something like that, rather than songs from the show.

"Friendship ~For Suki-tte Ii na yo~", the version used for Say I Love You was recorded by Ritsuko Okazaki, who wrote the song.

**EDIT: Corrected the title of the song.

I might have missed something because there was a lot to look at, but I did not see any shows that used the OP or ED song from a previous show. Or any that used any songs from a previous anime.

This is an interesting question.
I cannot think of any cases where different shows have used the same OP or ED.

I know episode 25 of Yakitate!! Japan used an instrumental version of Ken Hirai's Hitomi o Tojite, which was used in a [non-anime] movie, but that's all I have off the top of my head.

The closest I can think of is the karaoke endings for Lucky Star which included the OPs for Dragonball Z and Fullmetal Panic: Fumoffu.
There's also Tsubasa o Kudasai which was used in one of the Eva rebuild movies (although not as the theme song IIRC) and I believe was also one of the EDs for Nichijou.

DiGi Charat Nyo used an ED that was also used in Ranma.

Equal Romance was, back in Ranma's day, pretty much a staple "always played" song at cons and stuff.

Not sure if this pertains to actual opening sequences or songs. If we are talking about songs, then the original opening for One Piece, titled "We Are!" has been covered several times during the run for the anime. The two times I have heard it prominently have been by the original artist and then by Touhou Shinki.

Not sure if you'd count remixes as the same, but many times, an older anime's remake will use a remix of the original, particularly if the original is nostalgic or memorable. Tetsujin 28's 1980 and 2004 series both used a remix of the original. It's funny because both Tetsujin and Astro's 1980s openings sound just 80s-riffic in ways that you just have to hear. I like Tetsujin 28's 2004 opening, it keeps in sound effects for the OP, which isn't very common, but the original did do that too.

For other openings whose songs existed before the anime, there's Speed Grapher, Eden of the East, and Mushishi. Sometimes though, these have to be changed in the US due to differing copyright laws, which is a shame as Girls on Film was just spot on.

A few anime, like Gurren Lagann or GaoGaiGar, will use the same song but a later verse in future openings.

If we count covers, the ending song for Kamisama Hajimemashita, "Kamisama Onegai," sung for the anime by Hanae was first performed by a 1960's Japanese band called The Tempters.

I believe the opening song is an original work.

Though not musically a cover, the first ED for Kill la Kill mimics scenes from the ending for a famous television show called Sukeban Deka. The heroine, Saki, is a undercover cop who attends various high schools as a transfer student. Saki carries her own distinctive weapon, a yo-yo rather than a scissor blade, and her school uniform is stylistically similar to Senketsu.

Don't know any openings. There were few songs used as ending or special eps ending(1 or 2 eps) on multiple anime. I'm not talking about Lucky Star.

Example,

"secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~" used on two different anime as an ending theme. (Kyō no Go no Ni and Anohana)
