The worst part is that they actually made calendars for Pokemon for next year, but scrapped them for Yokai Watch when they realized it would be a better investment for children or something. I saw the early shots of the Pokemon calendar and was excited because some of the illustrations done specifically for the calendar were so pretty compared to every McD's Pokemon calendar I've owned thus far. I hope they use those illustrations elsewhere. I at least need some wallpapers for my desktop... ):
I'm a fan of both franchises, but now the one Pokemon-specific side of my wall, which has had a Japanese McD's Pokemon calendar on it since 2010, is going to look weird with Yokai Watch on it... ugh... |

Have we even SEEN Ronald in a US ad since that Arch Deluxe disaster? (The burger itself wasn't bad, everyone just remembers the ad campaign as a disaster.) |
