there is a movie i never heard of from dragonball z its called plan to destroy all saiyins please tell me what this is i've seen all other dbz related thing out there so what is this and is it coming out in the U.S. help me with this please

ANN's encyclopedia is a great tool for finding this kinda stuff out. Just look up the series in question, or even just DBZ and you should find a link to all related stuff. It will give you all kinds of info. A brief synopsis, wether its been licenced for US release, etc. Its much quicker and saves having a topic thats only real point is the one question.

That's the infamous "lost OVA". It's actually scenes from a game. And it will never, ever come out in the U.S.
