What is the correct order to watch Tenshi?
I've heard different things but I think it's BS. |

Someone correct me if i am wrong, but i belive it goes Tenchi Muyo, Tenchi in Tokyo, and then Tenchi Universe.
You could just look at the dates they were relesed|produced and prety much guess it from that. |

They are all separate time lines/universes that aren't related to each other, so it really doesn't matter. You need to see the original Tenchi Muyo OVAs before the recently released OVAs from Funi, but otherwise, it really doesn't matter.
I'd recommend watching Tenchi Muyo first, then Tenchi Universe, then Tenchi Muyo in Love, then maybe the other two movies. I'd recommend not bothering with Tenchi in Tokyo at all, but if you must see it, save it for last. |

As Hitokiri mentioned, they're all separate, that is, except for Tenchi Muyo and Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki! (1st, 2nd, and 3rd OVA's respectively).
There are also three movies that, like the series, can be viewed in any order. I don't really have any recommendations for order of movies, but I follow Hitokiri's TV recommendations. |

I think the first two movies (Tenchi Muyo in Love and Daughter of Darkness) are supposed to be based on the the Tenchi Universe timeline and the third one (Tenchi Forever) is supposed to be based on the Tenchi in Tokyo timeline. But I don't think the movies ever bothered referring to the events that preceded them, so the only real issue is the presence of Kiyone, who you don't know if you've only seen the OVAs.
So, you can really watch any of them as long as you've seen one of the series before hand. Even the OVAs, as Kiyone's presence is pretty insignificant in the movies. I'd recommend watching Tenchi Muyo in Love first as it is, I think, the best. I didn't particularly care for either of the other two, though I liked Daughter of Darkness a bit more. |

Quick question:
When I was younger, I remember seeing one of the Sailor Moon series dubs. I know it must have aired on Cartoon Network at some point in the past. I remember there were two antagonists ( a man and a woman), and there was a big tree that was very significant. For the record, I know it was one of the Sailor Moon series, I'm just trying to figure out which one. Thanks in advance! |

Does anyone know if Mechazawa's shirt on Cromartie High School really does say "Guts". That's at least what it says according to the subtitles. Anyone know for sure if this is a reference to the main character of Berserk? Here's what I'm talking about:

That's "konjou", meaning one's disposition/nature. How it could translate to "guts", I don't know, but even if it did (through some reference I'm probably missing), I seriously doubt it references Berserk in any way. |

I myself have been in search for a certain anime series that I saw long ago (1996-ish).
I think it is a magical girl show and is most likely from the 80's, but maybe early 90's. There are 2 main characters. One is a nice sweet girl and the other is a mean spirited girl who's always giving her trouble. I can't remember if they were both witches or not. There's probably an animal character in it of some sort. The only sure identifying thing about this show is the ending song is a very cute, catchy song featuring a bunch of mascot characters dancing in a parade to a song about the alphabet, namely the letters A thru C. That's why I want to find this anime, I have had this song in my head for over 10 years and I need to hear it again. |

Hey there fellow anime fans!
I've been looking for the following anime for about 7 years and can't seem to put my finger on it. 90% of people say robotech, but as far as I can tell, it's not either robotech nor maccross/southern cross/etc.. so here goes, hope someone can help!! 1. It is a mecha/robot type anime. 2. I'm not sure if it was a series or a movie, but I know that if it was a movie there was a sequel. I know this because when I watched it in the late 1980s/early 1990s on a VHS tape, there was more than one VHS available for rent at the video store. Either it could be a second movie or second tape in a series. Other than those very generic type clues, I know the following facts: 1. In the beginning of the story (so first episode or beginning of the movie) a diplomat or politician gave a speech and then entered a limo (I think) and set off a briefcase bomb killing himself. 2. The son of this diplomat or politician is then either sent or taken to a ship of some sort. 3. On this ship are pilots to mecha, several different pilots. 4. There is a scene, towards the end of the tape, that has two mecha fighting each other in an amusement park, and at one point, in the "It's a small world" ride. 5. At the beginning of the second tape (either sequal or second tape in a series) the pilots are in an archelogical dig or something in an Egypt-ish looking place. Like with pyramids or something. I don't know, it's been a very, very long time since i've seen it. I thought that the briefcase bomb and "it's a small world" parts were pretty specific but I've never been able to narrow it down!! If anyone has any direction for me, it would be much appreciated!! I also know that I may not be remembering everything correctly :/ Thanks'a'much

Technically you can translate it to guts, not guts biologically, but to have guts mentally, when in competition. The term has been used on several occasions, including when I would be at high school practice or at tournaments. It's what I would call a Japanese thing. And no, it's not a reference to the character named Guts from Berserk at all. |

I was watching episode 13 of Wallflower (Perfect Girl Evolution) and there's just one part I wanted to know the meaning of.
