Five years ago I'd be bouncing off the walls about this, but today... I dont know. I've been let down by way too many awful anime versions of good video games to get excited anymore. Crying or Very sad

Still watching though.

Alright, I'll try it out.
It'll be interesting to see how the anime show of Ace Attorney will play out in its localized version of the gaming side of the franchise.

Hope it will be good. The last video game to anime adaptation I got hyped for disappointed me. I hope this doesn't do the same.

Now I have extra encouragement to beat the last two games in the trilogy I downloaded!

I liked the first game so I'm pumped for this. I'm just surprised it took so long.

You and me both! I stopped during the 2nd game...have been meaning to get around and finish it, along with the other 2 I have. Laughing

Loved the first game, so I'm looking forward to seeing how an anime adaption goes.

Guess my top priority anime for 2016 is decided already.
Hopefully it will be an adaption of the first game (or even the first trilogy), not an original story.

To be honest, I feel the opposite. Aside from the fact that I've played the original so much (and watched the movie) that I know the story like the back of my hand, I can't help but feel that most game adaptations suck so much BECAUSE they try and tie themselves to the source material. Video Games don't have a finite amount of time to convey their stories, unlike TV Anime, therefore the pacing is different.

Either way, I made a small scream when I saw this news. I've been waiting for something like this for years.
