Oh boy. Just what the world needs. A Japanese version of "The Sopranos." I didn't watch that show when it was on and I'm not going to watch it now. Same for this show,if I were living in Japan,that is.

pretty sure the live action series takes place in 2016

Game recognize game I suppose. Also fun fact, Ryu Ga Gotoku is popular among females so the bishounen aspect isn't a coincidence.
