It's cool that they're airing Ultraman on TV, but dubs for live-action shows just aren't the same as subs. Anime is a different story - I tend to like anime dubs. Tokusatsu dubs though... No thanks.

Probably Winckler since they dubbed two of the Ultraman movies a few months back.

Unless things have changed recently, it should be showing on the same cable providers that had the FUNimation Channel since this was what replaced it last year.

Doing some digging and I found out that Omni Productions did an English dub of this. I know Toku grabbed some HK dubs of their web series (After School Midnighters, Darkness Boy Santa, Mr. Deer, Kowabon) so it's possible.
