It wasn't mentioned in the article, but after checking out its page, it turns out diomedea will be handling the animation production.
Well, I wasn't expecting much in the first place. But I have to admit, I was a bit underwhelmed by the PV. Maybe it was because how redjuice's illustrations were just so similar to the ones he did for Guilty Crown, I can't help but compare the visuals between the two.
I do hope things go well though.
(Oh. It's with Prime.)

If I had to base my excitement purely off this PV I would say it's much lower now; I wasn't particularly impressed by diomedea's animation or the character design adaptation of redjuice's designs. I'll be keeping an eye out for a 2nd PV or proper trailer before it airs. Hopefully that'll give a better sense of the animation's strength or weakness.
