And those look like primaniacs' bottles, too. They could have at least changed the bottle.
The scent combinations might also be derived from their previous plan. Making perfume is actually really complicated, and primaniacs perfumes are actually really good. I was surprised. I have some of their K ones. But if Bandai just, made a collab proposal with them, then cancelled it, and took their designs and made it themselves, that's something that really does warrant that. If Bandai gets away with that once, that could really jeopardize the whole anime x fashion thing, business-wise (e.g. Super Groupies, etc.) |

Oop. Sounds like Bamco maybe got hasty/greedy. I mean, I wouldn't put it past them to be in the wrong here.

The conditions set forth in the contract might have reserved Bandai Visual the right to use certain aspects for their product even when it was terminated. Unless Masameya successfully argues something like violation of ethics, which is unlikely, a settlement is the best course of action.
