Not sure what you mean but I assume you're talking about the prequel Nekopara game because it features loli catgirls. This one doesn't have any H-Scenes as far as I'm aware, kinda like Nekopara 0, but even if it did it would still be legal if sold on something like Manga Gamer or Fakku. H-games with lolis aren't illegal.

And they still haven't fixing MAitetsu after butchering it with completely missing CG/assets and audio for the adult version. What worse Dovac the company representative literally said he messed up cause he dont like the game so he only doing half ass work. And the way he phrase the issue in his twitter is that he just doesnt care about the game and his customers after messing up and not even a little bit apologetic. IDK why would people kep buying things from SP with their constant mess, other than Maitetsu there are other VN that also need fix and they have been ignoring the fix for a year. So Even with Maitetsu big issue I doubt they will fix it cause they dont give a damn about their customers or product quality.
