Both at once would probably decrease quality. They are able to fully dedicate themselves to one series this way. This announcement is quite delicious.

But if they did them both at once they might lose out on quality.
I know one delay with FMP is that unless they do another side story based season, they will end up with the Christmas short arc and then the COMO clifthanger ending................

KyoAni did a lot of cryptic viral hyping for the second season, consistent with the overall weird feel of the series. That's pretty much all. No date or anything, just some more info to speculate on.

I hope it comes after Clannad finishes..
Any thoughts about how many episodes season 2 will have?

Did anyone notice the play button on the left-hand corner of the picture? Play it, and some creepy music will come out of your speakers. (Keep pushing pause/play each time the music stops in order to hear more of it.) Perhaps a secret code of sorts...

Maybe it's backmasked.

Edit: No just got a listen, it's just music. I wouldn't describe it as really creepy though. More mysterious. After all the theme of this season is supposed to be the mysterious circumstances of Haruhi's "Disappearance".

Can't help but be excited for this one. I really REALLY hope Bandai USA gets this out state-side quickly.

After i read this one of the first things i did was check out the Bandai SOS site............. still left overs from NYAF stuff.
