I think "hard" is a word you generally want to avoid using when talking about an ecchi series.

I’ve been wondering when more information about this anime would be released. Having Kaede Hondo as Sempai sounds quite fitting for the character, so I’m looking forward to hearing her performance in July.

You could actually look at the upcoming anime charts and see that there's plenty. Maybe you're just being snarky, but it would take you less than 5 minutes to check for your self instead of making someone else type out a complete list. Plus there's plenty from previous seasons as well. There's a ton of various different series and there's always been ecchi/fanservice anime, even in the 80s and 90s. Not everything out there will or should appeal to you, which I'm sure you already know.
If we're going for hyperbole though, you mean you'd never watch a series where some female characters have short skirts and/or big boobs? Seems awfully limiting, you'd never watch something like Black Lagoon?

I'll be keeping an eye on this one. Mostly for the doujins, probably.
Edit: Also, that director. "Chaos;HEAd, Spice and Wolf, Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere II"
That's what I call variety. Luckily, I love 2/3 of those (SaW and Horizon), so hopefully the show itself will be worth keeping an eye on too.
