There's only dubs because Channel 4 is a normal TV channel where most people won't watch sub. They usually air stuff like Come Dine WIth Me and Bake Off.
Honestly surprising they even put anime up, apart from maybe CCS I guess, since that did air here, but Channel 4 does air a lot more cultural stuff in general (arts programmes, etc.).
