Well, i started reading the manga. I have bad vibes this thing going be near copy of Monster Musume. They nearly have same trope of girls except the headless one and main character is a doctor in fantasy setting.

It's not a copy of Musume; more a cross between it and Interviews With Monster Girls. (The author of the source novel is on record as saying he wrote the novel while listening to MM themes.) It should end up being a fan service-heavy show.
Sadly, I wasn't much impressed by the first novel despite some interesting concepts, so I haven't read past the spoiler[smuggling ring] story arc yet. Hopefully the anime will come out better. |
