I recall the manga's "Dream Ranker" arc being fun, but not particularly dynamic in the beginning (and I haven't finished reading that arc yet, but it does pick up considerably). So I think we're in for another slow build, but with considerable humor and inventive imagery--which should translate well to animation.

I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out, but pretty much every Railgun arc premise is "Saten hears a rumor about _".
