Maybe one day, a manga company here will rescue this series, and actually give it a complete release in English. All we have is Studio Ironcat’s aborted release from decades ago. I haven’t actually read it, but I’m a huge fan of the OVA and TV anime.

I have the releases and was so bummed when I heard they wouldn't continue. I agree! I would love for someone to rescue this series! The original run is only 10 volumes. It could easily be released in two or three omnibus editions. Imagine Kakinouchi's artwork and fluid panels in a hard cover book with color inserts! Pie in the sky dream, I know. I would gladly settle for Kindle.

With all the other classic anime getting modern reboots I’m surprised Vampire Princess Miyu hasn’t gotten one yet. I remember this anime being pretty popular back in the 90s.

I picked up a copy of the book at anime north one year because they were selling them really cheap on the last day and figured I'd grab the other volumes from another store and read it in one go.

That didn't really happen.

Hoping for a complete release in english as well and that it won't be digital only if it does happen.
