I don't have much interested in tabletop RPGs (I used to play GURPS games, but I've long forgotten how to use the system), but that anniversary book seems like something I'd want.

tabletop is fine, but the words open world and Lupin make me salivate. An open world Lupin game would be amazing, something like watch dogs but Lupin III

I'd have gone for Cortex Plus for the roleplaying system (it's what was used for the Leverage tabletop RPG), but that's just me.
