WB & AS are delusional or this did better on TV than any of their other projects. Which is not surprising at all considering that all of them where at ground level.

Contrary to popular belief the show did well in ratings on Toonami and was a top seller on iTunes and in fact most of the Toonami originals including the FLCL sequels did well for them which is why they keep making more.

lol I don't get the hate. It's not my favorite but it's clearly something a lot of the Toonami crowd would absolutely love. Serious, action packed, cool. Not surprising it did well.

If this show was going to come back, I would've expected it to just get one more season. Two just seems excessive.

The show was great until around episode 4 where it became something else entirely.

Make 12 episodes, split them into "2 seasons" of 6 episodes each.
