I just finished reading Juvenile Orion vol. 1 the other day...and I highly recommend it...but, I was just wondering if there was a release date for vol. 2 yet? I checked on the Broccoli Books site, but I didn't see one. Just saw that vols. 2 & 3 were due out some time this year.

It's a great read! Beautiful artwork and an interesting story! I really liked the way the manga was presented too. It was printed on nice paper and the whole book just seemed really well-put together.

Anyway, yes, I was just wondering about upcoming volumes... Anime smile

So, this really has nothing to do with the release date of volume 2, but I didn't want to start another thread about Juvenile Orion.

I just read the press release that Juvenile Orion was #2 in manga sales and #12 in trade paperbacks at Waldenbooks. This is great! It's such a good book! I think it's awesome that it did so well. Hopefully this will help volumes 2 & 3 to come out more quickly.

High quality presentation of the book, CLAMP-like artwork and story. There's nothing bad about it! Anime smile

Hmm...I heard of it and I am curious about it. I do want to buy it but first thing first..what genre is it? Is there any comedy in it?

Have you read X? It's basically like X. Drama shoujo/supernatural. There are slight funny parts...but it's not a comedy.

It's like X, huh? Aww..I thought there was at least some comedy in there. But from the scale to 1 to 10. What do you think about it..10 the best and 1 the worst. Anime smile

I would say an 8, I guess. Since there's only been 1 volume, I can't say for sure. I felt the first volume was pretty strong, though.
