If there is one thing FF does well ot is introduce villains who are easy to hate. Inca is truly despicable and makes you angry everytime she appears on the page.

Eh, I can live with Inca. Orochi, on the other hand... [shudders] Never thought I'd go from eagerly awaiting her debut to wishing her dead as soon as possible as much as I did. spoiler[RIP Hajiki.]

I appreciate it. Also, I'm impressed with how Ohkubo managed to take one element and apply it in such a versatile manner, as opposed to how most other manga with elemental combat systems include a variety of options like water and lightning and all that. We could use real firefighters like the ones here. It would've been cute if they had a Dalmatian mascot, too. |
