I was driving thru my local Carl's Jr. the other day, and I saw that they are selling Yu Yu Hakasho whatever's with their meals.
Now, I didn't have a problem with the show until I see that it's now getting cheapened by selling its merchandise in a fast food place

Horrors!
How dare they try to capitalize on a show's popularity by merchandising it like some Disney movie.

Why can't people make money off something ment to have money made off of it?

And shounen fighting anime aren't studio cash cows? Does anybody remember the Dragon Ball GT eyedrops in Japan?
Yuu Yuu Hakusho is a Japanese children's show. Japanese children's shows typically double as both entertainment and thirty-minute commercials, even if the commercial aspect isn't always as blatant as Yu-Gi-Oh! or Beyblade. Even the good ones, like Naruto, are just as much merchandise whores as they are television shows.

I refuse to believe Naruto is a merchandising whore. *Looks over shoulder at pile of Naruto Candy Figures and stationary*
Umm, nevermind.

That's what I was saying. The creators got to eat. Anime isn't just there to entertain, it's there to make money.

I agree that animators have to eat, but I am certain they make good profit off the work they do. All I am complaining about is they really are pushing the way they sell their merchandise.
Although I am not sure how much profit they make from them selling action figures at a Carls Jr.
Some places who have the copyrights to certain characters, don't even get 50% from selling merchandise. And personally, the way I see it, it's just sad to see items for sale at a fastfood joint. But that's just me and I respect the way you feel about the people who created Yu Yu Hakusho making $$$
