Shinji HATANO (no kanji) is apparently more than one person:

Note that the company Picture Magic is credited for In-Between Animation in Umi Monogatari which might increase the probability of both animators being the same person. Kanji names set for both new persons.
Umi Monogatari credit flagged with an endorsement for the different kanji (and a reference to this thread as source). With this, I consider the split done, and changed the thread subject accordingly. |
