I enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed it. Glad I was able to attend. I hope that it gets picked up. I still had a little beef with CGI but that's what you're going to see these days (like to render cars). But used for proper effects it's fine. Luckily it wasn't too overwhelming. I'm also surprised that they are bringing the first volume over. I might have to put it on my list of things to read.

Sounds like this anime's returning to the days of American ghetto-exploitation animation ala "Fritz the Cat" and that one about that black GANGSTA rabbit (who was ripping off Brer Rabbit).
Good luck with that. Really.

Sounds awesome. I've had my eye on this project for a while but you never know. It's so hard to tell what a show will really be like based on just an initial description. I'm really glad to hear it is at least the type of story I was hoping it would be. I'll definitely check it out.

It has - this review is based on the screening at NYAF, which being the world premiere means it reached state-side before anywhere else.
