This show was pleasant and charming. Not much drama, but this story doesn't need it. I hope I don't forget too much when it returns in three months.

As skeptical as I was at the start because of how much of a caricature Suzuki was, when she toned it down she - and the show in general - grew on me.

I started with Rampart of Ice but then decided to check this out and while I know they are very different kind of tone this is just as interesting and amazingly funny. The main couple is fun and love that they both just came out and confessed from the get go and the hilarious and charming things just go from there, in a lot of ways kinda different because how relatively bold both are. The side characters are what really makes the show much better. I love some of them are persistently in the loop, like how Nishi was always just there giggling until the lens finally turned to her and we got her story. And both Taira and Azu have this trope going for their reaction and then both began to break for each other. Glad to know there will be a 2nd cour and so soon. Can't wait to see how this ends.
