I'm ok with this.

It's not like it's the Throw the Bastard In Ending or anything particularly egregious.

Ah, I kinda figured this might happen. No way they could get through both of the remaining endings in the final episode...

Here's hoping that those of us who watched on Anime Network are able to see the truth eventually!

The show has an ending. This is just like the game where as long as you have a strategy guide and did things specifically, you get a special bonus epilogue ending.

This is hardly comparative to Bioware, but then again people love to complain about stuff they don't know anything about. (Not as if bonus BD episodes are something new to anime or anything to begin with)

My problem is...why are there so many blu-ray discs? That's a load of crap. Talk about bleeding the market...

That how the Japanese industry rolls. The 1st Bluray only had the very first episode. Alone. With 5 extra minutes.

As far as I know... the subsequent episodes only had visual alterations and redrawn scenes, but no extras.

@Ranemoraken
Load of crap? Dear sir, you're not informed at all. You should read the "Anime Economy part 2" article on ANN. Also you should be thankful that Japanese fans are spending $500~$600 on niche title so that you can pay subsidized price for domestic releases.

@RyougaZell
At least they're doing things different 10, 20 years ago. When TV anime was released to video in those days, they don't even correct drawings.

Definitely milking a cash cow since a 2-cour series over 10 discs? Is Aniplex trying to pull a Kadokawa here (who have released 26 episode shows over 13 BD discs)?

Honestly, if I it doesn't go on TAN I'll just watch it fansubbed. I'll be buying it when it's released over here anyway and I'll be spending enough on import merchandise so it's not a big deal.

I'm guessing that episode will a lot longer than a regular considering all the events happening.

I was honestly kinda expecting a movie, but I'm ok with this too. I was wondering what they would do with that ending.
