I believe this person is dubbing Kristen Kreuk. Gotta' say, though, I don't think the voice is nearly as cute or intelligent or full of love for a certain movie involving giant robots that transform, but at least it'll remind a good portion of the U.S. what Bobby's World used to sound like.
