people said that bandai said that it will but they haven't said anything about it so is it coming to north america or do i have to import it.

As with all anime, it is possible that it'll make it's way over, as a Digimon fan I'd love to see it released in the US but I'm not expecting it anytime soon

Considering that most of the movies never arrived in the US, I highly doubt it would be released. Unless, Bandai is very kind and release it with Digimon World 4. =P
