I've just found a funny site called "Lupin the 3rd's title maker".
You can make a program title just like it shows up in the Lupin the 3rd 2nd TV series in Japan. http://2next.net/swf/R3_temp.html It is very easy to have a fun. You enter whatever words you like in the text field and press the left button below. That's it.
