I was listening to WXPN tonight & heard an interesting announcement - their show Kids Corner does these movie nights "Classic Family Series" I think they call it. Anyway, the host said that on Feb 22nd at the Prince Music Theater in Phila. they will be showing "Princess Mononoke"
Here are the details: http://www.princemusictheater.org/film/princessmononoke.html Although while reading this I did notice they recommend it for kids 8 & up - I think I'd have said 13 & up....I mean, c'mon there's loads of blood & guts in this movie - heads, arms, etc. getting chopped off. Kinda makes me wonder if they actually viewed it before putting that in. .. Anyway, I might try to con my friend into going down. It'd be my first Anime on the big screen  Too cool.
