Yeah, he probably doesn't even need/want any rest (though if he did, you couldn't blame him). Maybe he's just thinking of new character designs or something.

Yeah, it was stated that Fish-Man Island is only about halfway to the One Piece. And now we have the whole Ace thing to go through before they even get there. (If you're following Viz like I am)

He has to work on his "real life" adventure right quick. His kids probably hella miss him. Hopefully he stays on course when he gets back. The grand adventure is getting way to good.

This is kind of bad news for the anime though. Big chunks of filler could be on the horizon. We are already way too close to the manga as it is.

I'm guessing "One Piece: New World" will be the title of the anime.
